Acknowledgements
To be included as an LMI-EFRC publication, paper acknowledgements must be carefully worded. Please use the following as a guideline in preparing the "Acknowledgements" section in your manuscripts that include the LMI-EFRC as a source of support.
For work solely funded by the LMI-EFRC
At minimum, please use this wording:
"This work was supported by the DOE ‘Light-Material Interactions in Energy Conversion’ Energy Frontier Research Center under grant DE-SC0001293."
If space permits, please write:
"This work is part of the 'Light-Material Interactions in Energy Conversion' Energy Frontier Research Center funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Science, Office of Basic Energy Sciences under Award Number DE-SC0001293."
For work from multiple funding sources
In this case, please clearly state which portion of the research (personnel, materials, processing, or technique) was funded by the LMI-EFRC.
Clarifying which authors are part of the LMI-EFRC:
"A.A.A. was supported as part of the DOE "Light-Material Interactions in Energy Conversion' Energy Frontier Research Center under grand DE-SC0001293...."
Clarifying what aspect of the research is part of the LMI-EFRC:
"The optical design was supported by the DOE ‘Light-Material Interactions in Energy Conversion’ Energy Frontier Research Center under grant DE-SC0001293; the device fabrication was supported by......; and the experimental measurements were supported by......."
