2017 LMI-EFRC Fall Meeting

Our 2017 LMI-EFRC Fall Meeting will be at Caltech on Tuesday-Wednesday, August 22-23. This meeting will gather the PIs, students, and postdocs from the five institutions (Caltech, Harvard, LBL, Stanford, and UIUC) for a combination of scientific presentations, brainstorm discussions, and poster sessions.

Collaborative Student/Postdoc Presentations

This year, our meeting will feature a number of presentations by LMI students and postdocs. We are soliciting abstracts for collaborative presentations to be submitted by July 10, 2017. Guidelines for abstract submission are as follows:

Each team must consist of 2-5 students/postdocs representing at least two different research groups with an abstract that focuses on synergistic and collaborative research
At least five abstracts will be selected as presentations at the LMI fall meeting.
There will be an award of $500 Amazon gift card to the team with the best presentation, to be split equally among the team members.

Registration is open to all LMI members and can be accessed here. Please use the login username and password that were sent to you via email.

Meeting Details

Please plan to arrive on Monday, August 21, as the meeting will start promptly at 8:00 am on Tuesday morning, and end at noon on Wednesday, August 23. An agenda will be posted soon.
