2016 LMI-EFRC Fall Meeting

Our 2016 LMI-EFRC Fall Meeting will be at Caltech on Thursday-Friday, August 25-26. This meeting will gather the PIs, students, and postdocs from the five institutions (Caltech, Harvard, LBL, Stanford, and UIUC) for a combination of scientific presentations, brainstorm discussions, and poster sessions.
Each attendee is expected to participate in an in-room poster session on Thursday afternoon. Please bring with you four slides highlighting your research efforts printed on 8.5x11" paper to share with the group.
Registration
Registration is open to all LMI members. Per DOE regulations, the registration fee of $125 will cover meals and some meeting expenditures. Please register by Monday, August 1, 2016.

Please plan to arrive on Wednesday, August 24, as the meeting will start promptly at 8:00 am on Thursday morning.

A room block for all the students and postdocs has been reserved at the Saga Motor Hotel, which is less than 1 mile from campus. Please call the Saga Motor directly at (626) 795-0431, and mention that you are calling for the “LMI Fall Meeting” room block in order to get the Caltech rate of $76-86/night. The room block rate expires on August 1st.
Reservations for the PIs will be arranged at the Athenaeum on Caltech's campus. Please contact Tiffany if you have any questions about these accommodations.
